How Our Pricing Works
We set a flat rate per each number of Winter Graces you book, per hour, based on the time of day & day of week, plus a booking fee. This allows our rate to be very competitive & affordable for 30 minute and 1 hour long events, which are the most common events we book.
Our rates change based on the time of day of your event. Prime hours are Friday and weekend evenings, and so these have a higher per-performer rate per hour. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day are premium days with a 1.6x holiday rate multiplier. Our base booking fee doesn't change, no matter the time or length of your event.
We also offer discounts on multi-day or multi-event bookings. Please contact us for details!
Travel & Special Requests
Our prices don't include any travel outside of Manhattan, western Queens & Brooklyn, or parts of the Bronx, or any special requests we may have to accomodate. (We usually have to rent a car or take rail to get to events outside these regions, and due to time we also pay our performers during their travel.) We don't mark-up our travel rates, so please get in touch with us if you have any questions or special requests!
